Jenna’s time with the Philadelphia Eagles gave her hands-on experience in stadium and live event operations. She worked major events including the NFL NFC Championship, concerts for Kendrick Lamar + SZA, The Weeknd, Chris Stapleton, Monster Jam, Supercross, and Eagles home games while experiencing events from all areas of the stadium.
Watching large-scale stages and productions come together over multiple days gave her firsthand exposure to backstage operations, tour logistics, and stadium event coordination.
During the Eagles’ 2025 Super Bowl season, Jenna interacted with fans daily during one of the most exciting times in franchise history and even received a Super Bowl ring with her last name on it. She also helped distribute season ticket holder gifts while quickly problem solving unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment.
Besides event day operations, Jenna assisted merch coordinators with load-ins and load-outs, counting and inventory procedures, and single-handedly setting up merch stands according to tour and venue guidelines.
One of her most memorable moments was when SZA drove right past her backstage in a golf cart while heading to soundcheck and waved after seeing Jenna’s shocked expression, leaving her starstruck for the first time on the job.
While working here, Jenna developed strong communication, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while learning how live event departments work together behind the scenes.
In Jenna’s Event Revenues class with Christine Cleaver, now a professor at NYU, she connected with Jim Graffstrom, manager of The Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.
With her go-getter attitude, Jenna reached out through LinkedIn and later connected with Deanna Dungee, now Assistant Manager of The Liacouras Center, leading to an opportunity to begin working events just a 10-minute walk from her house.
Jenna worked behind the scenes on events including Lewis Capaldi, The Millennium Tour 2025/2026, Trey Songz, Boyz II Men, Toni Braxton, Katt Williams, We Them Ones Comedy Tour featuring Mike Epps, AEW Dynasty, and the Jermaine Dolly & Friends Tour, along with college basketball games and comedy shows.
Over time, Jenna helped with pit wristbanding, VIP check-ins, crowd control, and communicating with security teams and management through walkie talkies during events. These experiences also gave her exposure to soundchecks, stage breakdowns, backstage catering, costume design, and other parts of live production audiences normally do not see.
At Xfinity Mobile Arena, Jenna worked countless 76ers and Flyers games along with major events including Jingle Ball, WWE WrestleMania programming, a private concert with Pitbull, and performances by Billie Eilish, Machine Gun Kelly, Rod Wave, Brandi Carlile, Meek Mill & Friends, Matt Rife, Playboi Carti, Druski, Bryan Adams, and more.
She worked long shifts balancing fan interaction, guest services, and event support while gaining exposure to backstage arena operations, artist dressing rooms, production areas, and tour logistics. Jenna witnessed where artists enter the arena, where tour trucks load in and out, and watched crews transform the arena for concerts and sporting events — even flipping the venue from an NHL game to an NBA game in under two hours.
She also checked in VIP and pit guests for concerts, connecting with VIP Nation staff and tour managers while helping operations run smoothly. Jenna especially enjoyed distributing wristbands to fans camping out for pit at the Machine Gun Kelly show, giving her more exposure to premium concert experiences.
One of Jenna’s favorite memories came from working the Billie Eilish show, where she met a young fan attending their very first concert. As a Billie fan herself, Jenna loved sharing the excitement and talking with fans. Moments like these reminded her why she loves live entertainment so much — seeing people create memories they’ll never forget.
Her time at the arena strengthened her communication, adaptability, teamwork, and fast decision-making skills while giving her a deeper understanding of what it takes to successfully run large-scale live events.
