Jenna is a 21-year-old second-semester senior at Temple University preparing to begin her career in the music business industry. She will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Audio and Live Entertainment, along with a minor in Event and Entertainment Management and certifications in Music Technology, Social Media Marketing, and Inclusive Event Planning and Design.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Jenna has been a lifelong fan of live entertainment. From early childhood she was captivated by performers and pop culture—whether it was watching The Wiggles as a toddler, growing up with Hannah Montana and Justin Bieber, or following artists like One Direction and Fifth Harmony throughout her school years. Her passion for music and entertainment naturally led her to live concerts. Jenna has attended more than 50 concerts as a fan, and since pursuing a career in the industry, she has also worked more than 50 shows behind the scenes.
When Jenna first arrived at Temple University as a 17-year-old freshman, she was unsure of the career path she wanted to pursue. Through Temple’s Undeclared program, she explored different academic areas before realizing she wanted to combine her love of entertainment with her interpersonal and organizational skills.
She ultimately declared a major within Temple’s Klein College of Media and Communication, where she has strategically built an education that touches many areas of the music industry. Her coursework and experiences have provided knowledge in marketing, artist and event management, budgeting, entrepreneurship, and both live and studio audio engineering. Jenna intentionally shaped her academic path to gain both educational and real-world experience so she could enter the industry with a versatile skill set.
As she prepares to graduate, Jenna is particularly interested in marketing, content management, and live event production within the music and entertainment industries.

Jenna has developed a well-rounded skill set through both her academic training and hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry. She has experience in live event production, concert operations, event coordination, and supporting backstage and show logistics, including assisting with run-of-show execution and artist relations. Through working more than 50 concerts, she has gained practical knowledge of working in fast-paced live environments and collaborating with production teams to ensure events run smoothly. Jenna also has experience in social media marketing, content creation, and event promotion, including managing and marketing TikTok content by identifying and following current trends to increase engagement. In addition, she is trained in audio recording and editing using Pro Tools and has knowledge of live sound fundamentals, signal flow, and microphone setup. Jenna is also skilled in website creation and management, Canva design, AI tools for content production and organization/planning, and has some experience in photography and video production

Jenna worked as an Event Coordinator Intern for Patricia Caicedo at the Barcelona Festival of Song, assisting with event logistics and festival operations. She has also worked with Bell Tower Music, Temple University’s student-run record label, where she first served on the label as a staff member and later moved up as the Live Event Coordinator. She planned and executed live performances for emerging artists from pre-event coordination through day-of production.
During her time at Temple, Jenna worked on a variety of hands-on projects across production, audio, marketing, and business for the music and entertainment industry. She created branded graphics and videos, built soundscapes and edited audio, and applied advanced audio techniques like compression and delay. She also developed marketing materials, websites, and press releases, handled publishing and copyright filings, and crafted business plans, budgets, and event operations plans—giving her real-world experience in every corner of the industry.
Jenna has spent countless hours behind the scenes at some of Philly’s biggest events, from concerts and comedy shows to Monster Jam and NBA games. She’s helped run VIP areas, set up merch, and check fans in and out for artists like Kendrick Lamar, SZA, and Chris Stapleton, and even got to be part of the action during the Eagles’ Super Bowl win. These experiences gave her a front-row look at what it takes to make every show run smoothly—and a chance to connect with fans and be part of the excitement.
